First off, the staff was so helpful and accommodating. We arrived multiple hours early in ROME and the room was ready for us and we were allowed to drop off our luggage immediately. Second, the room has been prepared with so many surprise treats that were a special touch of hospitality, including chocolates, tea, coffee, wine, prepackaged, cookies, etc. The beds were even decorated with the towels and the shapes of animals. The location was incredible with a view down the street of the Colosseum and it was such a central location to everything we wanted to do. The little local hole in the wall restaurant two doors down was wonderful as well for Takeaway! And the bar down the street on the corner next to the fountain was the best breakfast we had on the trip with real American bacon and scrambled eggs. It was also so nice to have them arrange private drivers for our group of 9 to the airport the following morning. The drivers were prompt, professional, and had very clean vans. Thank you!

Amazing location! Situated on a street leading to the Colosseum, just a 7 to 8-minute walk away, and even visible from the street. Conveniently close to the metro and centrally located near major attractions. To top it off, there was even a wine bottle waiting for us inside! The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was spacious, and the interior was wonderfully cozy.

Awesome staff, very nice accomodation. Great location. Overall the room was well appointed, clean and comfortable. The room was cool and this was blessing, as it was very hot in Rome during our stay.

There was no lift so If you have a big luggage it mught be a problem to take it to the 3ed floor. The check-in process is described well, I didnt face any problems all instructions were clear. They are responsive when you text regardng any questions or issues.

Exceptional location, warm welcoming staff, good air con, plenty of towels, good communications prior to arrival, walkable from the Termini, easy to retreat to when it’s gets too hot to be out. We were there in a heatwave and it’s madness to be out at the peak of the day so to be able to retreat and save your legs for the evening when it’s cooler. Nice popular restaurant nearby.

The location was great, and so was the bed and restroom. On our first day I was able to walk around, grab 4 squares of pizza for 7 euros and eat in front of the colosseum. Every landmark is walking distance, so this place was great for the value!

We liked that the property had a charming, authentic feel, which is typical of older buildings in Rome. Even though our room faced the back and not the main street, we still had a sense of the city’s energy, which added to the experience. The location was definitely a highlight—very close to the Colosseum and within walking distance to major sights. The room was small, but that’s to be expected in central Rome, and overall, it was a comfortable stay.

Malina is an exceptionally welcoming, attentive, and communicative host – we felt truly welcomed from the very beginning. The location is perfect, just a few minutes’ walk from the Colosseum. The room is elegantly decorated, very clean, comfortable, and exactly as shown in the photos. The overall atmosphere was calm and pleasant, ideal for relaxing after a day in Rome.

The bedroom was adorable, clean, comfortable and they gave us the sweetest little chocolates and decorated the bed. The staff member was lovely and very helpful. The location is on a road that cars can easily access, and very close (5 mins) from the collosseum. I will be staying there again.
